Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Thorsten Janßen, MeinLive, Kappelwindeckstr. 48, 77815 Bühl, email: kontakt@meinlive.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

Coins are credited to your account immediately after purchase. Your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract (crediting the coins) after you have expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period expires and have confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins (§ 356 (5) BGB, German Civil Code). You give this consent and confirmation by ticking the corresponding box when purchasing; we then confirm it to you by email.
